Privacy Policy

Last reviewed: September 4, 2026 · Effective: September 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Think4Ei LLC ("Think4Ei," "we," "us") collects through think4ei.com and related public-facing pages, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you are an end user of a Think4Ei client's platform tenant (for example, an employee, student, or vendor whose organization uses Think4Ei), your organization is the data controller for that use and this policy covers the public marketing site; the handling of platform tenant data is governed by our Data Processing Agreement with that organization.

What we collect

We collect information in three ways:

1. Information you give us directly

2. Information collected automatically

Our site includes a first-party behavioral analytics pipeline that records page views, clicks, scroll depth, time on page, navigation between pages, referrer/UTM parameters, device/browser/OS/viewport, and whether a form field was interacted with. This pipeline is described in full, including what it deliberately does not collect, at Cookies & Analytics Notice.

3. Information from optional visitor research (consent-gated)

If you explicitly opt in via an on-page consent checkbox, we may compile a research summary about your organization from public sources to personalize a sales conversation. This never runs without your affirmative, logged consent, and is entirely separate from the passive analytics pipeline above.

Why we collect it

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers, ad-tech pixels, or cross-site ad retargeting cookies on this site.

AI-assisted features

Several features on this site (the "Talk to Eli" chat widget and the savings/ROI estimate) are powered by a third-party large language model, accessed through our own server-side proxy so that no model-provider API key is ever exposed in your browser. Full detail on how these AI features work, their limitations, and how to report an error is at AI Disclosure.

Cookies & analytics

We use browser local storage (not third-party cookies) to maintain an anonymous visitor/session identifier for the analytics pipeline described above. See Cookies & Analytics Notice for full detail, including retention and the exact fields captured.

Sharing & subprocessors

We share information only as needed to run the service: with our infrastructure host, our AI model provider, and our payment processor. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties for their own marketing. A full, named list of the vendors that process data on our behalf is maintained at Subprocessors and updated as our vendor set changes. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Think4Ei, our users, or others.

Retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet tax and accounting obligations thereafter. Aggregate behavioral analytics session summaries are retained for research and product-improvement purposes on a rolling basis; raw per-event data is processed into a session-level summary and is not kept indefinitely in its raw form. Visitor research summaries (the consent-gated feature above) are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the sales conversation they supported, or until you ask us to delete them.

Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) across think4ei.com and the platform, tenant-scoped access controls, and audit logging on the underlying platform. A fuller, plainly-labeled account of what is implemented, independently assessed, or still planned is maintained at our Trust Center — we deliberately avoid absolute claims like "100% secure," because no system can honestly make that guarantee; our aim is to describe real, specific controls and be honest about what is still in progress.

Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, to object to certain processing, or to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. We are a small company today and handle these requests manually and personally rather than through an automated self-service portal — email support@think4ei.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and we will respond within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days. You can also opt out of the behavioral analytics pipeline at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which resets your anonymous visitor identifier.

Children's privacy

Think4Ei's public website is directed at business and institutional decision-makers, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

Think4Ei's infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your home jurisdiction.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last reviewed" date above; for significant changes we will provide a more prominent notice on the site.
