Accessibility Statement
Think4Ei is committed to making think4ei.com and the Think4Ei platform usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.
Target standard
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. That is our target standard, not yet a verified conformance claim — In Progress
What we've built in deliberately
- A visible "skip to content" link at the top of every page in this legal/trust section.
- A real heading hierarchy (one H1 per page, nested H2/H3) rather than styled paragraphs standing in for headings.
- Body text at 16.5px minimum with 1.75 line-height for readability.
- Visible keyboard focus outlines on links, buttons, and interactive elements (not suppressed with
outline: none). - Respect for the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting — decorative animation (the header color ribbon, background motion) is disabled for visitors who have that preference set. - Color choices intended to keep body text at a strong contrast ratio against the dark background.
Known limitations
Being direct about what is not yet verified or complete:
- No full, independent WCAG 2.2 AA audit (automated + manual + assistive-technology testing) has been completed across the site or platform yet.
- Some richer interactive surfaces (in-platform dashboards, the savings/ROI calculator, chat widgets) have not each individually been screen-reader tested end-to-end.
- Video content on the site (demo/intro videos) does not yet have complete caption/transcript coverage.
- Color-contrast has been designed for, but not yet machine-verified pixel-by-pixel, across every page and component.
Contact & reporting a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on think4ei.com or the platform, please tell us — email support@think4ei.com with the page URL, what assistive technology or browser you're using, and what happened. We will acknowledge your report within 5 business days and let you know either a fix timeline or an alternative way to get what you need in the meantime.
Our process going forward
Accessibility improvement here is ongoing, not a one-time project: as pages are built or revised, we aim to address accessibility at the same time rather than as an afterthought, and we intend to commission an independent accessibility audit as part of the same broader assurance program that includes our planned SOC 2 / ISO 27001 engagement (see Trust Center). This statement will be updated with real findings and status as that work happens — we will not upgrade the conformance claim above until it is actually true.
